taught us that the only sure way to deliver
what the customer really wants, is to talk it through.
Most of our websites include a secure, password protected, Administration area to allow you,
the website owner, to make important detail changes. These might include changes to product specifications or prices or simply an upload of your company's latest news. This saves you time and money by significantly
reducing your need to come back to us, to make small website changes.
- After your initial enquiry, we will call on you to talk about your website. We will discuss the many types of website and the advantages and sometimes disadvantages of each. We will help you choose the best solution for your business.
- We will draw up a detailed overview of your requirements as we understand
them. This specification document will include an accurate costing and time scales for the development. If more than one solution is being
considered, each will be documented and costed separately.
- When the specification is agreed, we will ask you for a Purchase Order along with a 25% deposit. Once your Order has been received, we will start work on your website in accordance with the agreed timescale.
- Our second deliverable will be 2 or 3 draft versions of the website homepage. This will allow you to choose the exact 'look and feel' that you are after.
- During the development phase, you will given a unique development website address where you may browse your site during
construction - we won't be keeping any secrets from you.
You will be able to satisfy yourself that the product being produced, is exactly what you want.
- Our programmers will thoroughly test each page of the website. When they have finished, you will be invited to test them yourself. This is your final opportunity to 'road-test' the website before going 'live'.
- Once you are satisfied, we will upload the website to our hosting servers or to your chosen hosting location. We will give your staff an appropriate level of training in the use of the website and it's access via the internet.
- That's not the end of the story. We will happily support you and your business
in the future as your use of the internet grows.
